Yes—every Auris treatment is 100% non-surgical and designed to be completely gentle for newborns. Our moulds sit softly on the baby’s ear and apply minimal, controlled pressure to guide the shape. Most babies sleep through their fittings and barely notice they’re on

On average, Auris treatments take 2–4 weeks depending on how significant the ear shape is. We tailor the plan to your baby and make small weekly adjustments to ensure the best possible outcome. Parents often begin seeing improvements within the first week.

We recommend contacting Auris as soon as you notice the ear shape, ideally within the first 2–3 weeks of life. This is when the cartilage is softest and responds quickest to moulding. Even if your baby is slightly older, we can advise whether treatment will still be effective.

Auris treats a wide range of newborn ear shapes including protruding ears, lop ears, constricted ears, helical rim folds, cup ears, and Stahl’s ear. These are all cosmetic and do not affect hearing. Our specialists evaluate your baby and create a custom plan for their specific needs.
